Harrison M250 Lathe Manuals

Harrison M250 Lathe Manuals Rating: 9,5/10 3990 reviews

Am I having a mid life crisis, or have I got a lathe thats OK? It seems unrealistic to expect a lathe to keep It's accuracy for it's entire life with a non adjustable headstock. What sort of accuracy do you men get with the Harrison 'square head' M250 or M400 lathes? I presume they are also non adjustable as. Atlas free download pc game.

Yeah it's Clausing. Rem sold the Harrision business, parts, etc to them.
If it doesn't pa out you can try calling Rem Sales and asking for either Kermit Wright or Pat Hughes. There's a slim chance they hung onto some manuals.

    Got one for this one:
Can copy it and send it snail mail or maybe scan in a couple of days and send electronically or make me an 'offer' for the original and I'll keep the copy.
    Let me know

Well, kinda depends on how fancy the original is..leather bound, embossed ?
If nothing fancy but nicer than a copy, and no greasy thumbprints.. I'd go 50 bucks plus shipping for the original. You wouldn't happen to know who might have a used steady rest for an M350, would you ?
(is that spiral lead screw cover on yours original ?? )
    (on edit)
Just got off the phone with Clausing..turns out they only charge $25 for the manual ! But it is a photocopy and if your original is impressive..maybe still..

Just getting ready for a large slice of humble pie.
Turns out what I have despite being in good condition seems nothing more than a sales flier and a standard accuracy chart and some pratt burnard literature, It was sitting in a file with all our other makers blurb for the welders and rod oven etc and I'd always assumed it was the manual as it was quite fat.
If you would like it D, it's yours gratis plus P&P.

Oh, as far as I'm aware the spiral spring leadscrew cover is original!

Al, thanks but as it turns out I already have a sales brochure on the M350..not exactly the same brochure as yours..yours is a little more comprehensive than mine. My brochure is from about 1988. I would be interested in any *other* Harrison brochures you might have though. got any on the 10AA, M250, M300, M390, M400, or M500 for example ?
